Students needed a convenient way to study at any location: a café, on a campus lawn, a dorm room late at night. Instructors requested an easier time setting up online courses. The sales team, desired an online platform they could be proud to represent. The relaunch of LaunchPad does all that and more.
The new LaunchPad is easily customizable for the thousands of collegiate textbooks Macmillan publishes a year. It showcases the book art, an essential goal of the publishers, while allowing students to access their homework assignments on any device. For the instructors, a color-coded instructor console makes setting a course up and other related activities simpler. Also, we were able to reduce tech support calls by designing an intuitive navigation structure and simplifying the login process, saving Macmillan precious resources.
